Concept:
Fig, burnt honey, and golden citrus entwined with caramel rum — temptation bottled..
Ingredients:
50 ml 69 Rum
20 ml burnt honey syrup (honey warmed until amber; loosen 1:1)
20 ml fig purée (fine-strained)
15 ml fresh lemon juice
1 dash aromatic bitters
Garnish: thin fig slice + gold sugar rim (half-rim)
Build:
Half-rim a chilled coupe with gold sugar.
Shake all ingredients with ice; fine strain into the coupe.
Garnish with fig slice.
