THE 69 ECLIPSE

WHERE LIGHT GIVES IN TO DARK.

Concept:
Blackberry and honey meet the midnight side of rum.

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml 69 Rum

  • 25 ml fresh lime juice

  • 20 ml honey syrup (2:1 if you want richer texture)

  • 5 fresh blackberries (muddled)

  • 1 barspoon activated charcoal

  • Garnish: blackberry dusted with gold

Build:

  1. Muddle blackberries with honey syrup.

  2. Add remaining ingredients with ice; shake hard and double strain into a coupe.
    Garnish.

Flavour Profile:
Dark fruit, citrus spark, golden sweetness.
