Concept:
The Piña Colada reborn in silk and shadow.
Ingredients:
50 ml 69 Rum
30 ml coconut cream
40 ml fresh pineapple juice
10 ml vanilla syrup
5 ml fresh lime juice
Garnish: toasted coconut + charred pineapple wedge
Build:
Shake hard with ice; strain over crushed ice in a curved glass.
Garnish generously.
Flavour Profile:
Smooth coconut cream, caramel rum, tropical gold.
